Angels for Mexico is a non-profit foundation supports the efforts of emergency services in Mexico.  It started in Calgary, Alberta, Canada in 2007 and has since sent down over $4,000,000 worth of surplus equipment and gear from other emergency service departments in Canada and the United States.
The conditions that the emergency service workers in Mexico face each day – lack of appropriate gear and training – surprises most of their Brothers and Sisters in North America.  Therefore the response to our work had been extremely positive and it continues to grow as people become aware of the reality of the firefighters (bomberos) who are trying to save lives in Mexico.
What we have been able to provide thus far has changed the ability of the brave emergency services workers (bomberos) to do their jobs in Mexico, but a great deal more is still needed.
We invite you to browse our website and contact us if you would like more information of who we are or if you would like to participate in this endeavor.
Thank-you,

Christena Callaghan,
President
Angels for Mexico.
